It is organized by PEPTarsus Corp., a professional events management group with a rich history. The company was founded in 2001 as Premier Events Plus Group (PEPGroup), later becoming PEPTarsus Corp. in 2018 after its acquisition by the Tarsus Group. In 2023, Informa Markets acquired the Tarsus Group, integrating PEPTarsus Corp. and WOFEX into its portfolio of international food and hospitality shows.
