By accessing or registering on this website, or by ordering and using any global press release distribution, media relations, or PR content optimization services provided by Gooopress, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the lawful authority to bind that entity.
As a press release distribution agency accountable to the global public and capital markets, Gooopress Limited maintains exceptionally rigorous compliance review standards. News content submitted by users must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
The original intellectual property rights of manuscripts submitted for publication on Gooopress (including but not limited to text, images, charts, videos, and brand logos) remain vested in the user or the original right holders.
The user hereby grants Gooopress Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right and license to reproduce, translate, adapt, store, broadcast across the global media network, and permanently archive such content in the official Gooopress Newsroom. The user must ensure they possess full authorization for the aforementioned assets and assume all legal liabilities arising from intellectual property disputes.
Gooopress Limited utilizes its robust network of direct global media channels (including but not limited to partner news agencies, comprehensive web portals, and vertical industry magazines) to ensure delivery of the guaranteed minimum index count specified in the corresponding tier package.
Since third-party news agencies, search engines (such as Google, Bing), and social media platforms possess independent and interference-free editorial autonomy and algorithmic mechanisms, Gooopress cannot intervene in nor guarantee that any specific media editor-in-chief will conduct subsequent offline print coverage, nor guarantee the permanent ranking of the draft in search engines. All third-party links presented in distribution reports are operated by their respective websites; any subsequent link failures caused by the websites' internal restructuring do not constitute a breach of contract by Gooopress.
Users must make payments according to the package prices displayed on the official Gooopress website or stipulated in the commercial contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all service fees must be paid in full before the manuscript officially enters global distribution channels.
Given the instantaneous and irreversible nature of news distribution and multi-language native-level translation services, Gooopress Limited will not accept refund requests of any form once the draft passes review and is officially transmitted. If a manuscript fails our initial compliance review due to severe violations, we will issue a full refund for the corresponding distribution fees of that specific release.
The formulation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Gooopress Limited is incorporated.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to initiate legal proceedings in the competent court or arbitration institution located at the domicile of Gooopress Limited. The invalidity of any part of these Terms shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
