If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
As a press release distribution agency responsible to global audiences and capital markets, Gooopress Limited maintains rigorous compliance standards. All content submitted by users must strictly adhere to the following:
All content submitted by users for distribution via Gooopress (including but not limited to text, images, charts, videos, and brand logos) remains the intellectual property of the user or the original rights holder.
However, to enable the performance of distribution services, users hereby grant Gooopress Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, translate, adapt, store, distribute to global media networks, and permanently archive submitted content in the Gooopress official Newsroom. Users must ensure they hold full rights to all submitted materials and accept sole liability for any intellectual property disputes arising therefrom.
Gooopress Limited leverages its extensive first-hand global media network — including partner newswires, general online media, and vertical industry publications — to guarantee the minimum pickup count specified in the applicable distribution package.
Important Disclaimer: Third-party news organizations, search engines (such as Google and Bing), and social media platforms operate under independent editorial authority and proprietary algorithms. Gooopress cannot and does not guarantee that any specific editor will produce a follow-up print feature, or that any release will achieve permanent search engine rankings. Third-party URLs included in distribution reports are operated by those respective sites; link decay caused by a third party's own site restructuring does not constitute a breach of contract by Gooopress.
Users are required to pay in accordance with the package pricing listed on the official Gooopress website or as specified in a signed commercial agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all service fees must be paid in full prior to the release entering the global distribution pipeline.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gooopress Limited is registered.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court or arbitration body with jurisdiction over the registered address of Gooopress Limited. The invalidity of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
