Jakarta, Indonesia — July 17, 2026 — Food & Hospitality Indonesia (FHI) 2026, marking its 20th edition, is set to open next week in Jakarta, Indonesia, building on a 2025 event that drew over 41,000 trade attendees from 48 countries and regions. The international exhibition for the food, beverage, and hospitality industry will run from July 21 to July 24, 2026, at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo).

Event Scale and Organization

FHI 2026 continues a legacy spanning over three decades, positioning itself as a key gateway to Indonesia's and Southeast Asia's markets. The event is organized by Informa Markets, a trading division of Informa PLC, which orchestrates approximately 500 exhibitions globally each year. PT Pamerindo Indonesia is also listed as a contact for the event. In 2025, the exhibition occupied 35,000 sqm and hosted over 700 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions, demonstrating its significant scale.

The exhibition will operate from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, through Thursday, July 23. On its final day, Friday, July 24, doors will close at 5:00 p.m.

Core Exhibit Sectors and New Offerings

The Core Exhibit Sectors at FHI 2026 will encompass a broad spectrum of the industry. These include Food & Beverage, Hospitality, HORECA, Cleaning & Laundry, Franchise, and Retail Technology. Specialized areas such as Bakery & Pastry, Coffee & Tea, Wine & Spirits, Catering Equipment, Hotel and Hospitality Technology, Retail Solutions, and Packaging Innovations will also be featured.

For 2026, new product categories will be introduced, including Bakery, Cleaning, Digital, Franchise, and Smart Manufacturing. Other categories for 2026 include Food Service Meat products, Hotel Equipment Furniture, Foodservice Machinery & Equipment, Web Marketing Digital Technologies, and POS Consumables.

Target Audience and Concurrent Programs

FHI is exclusively open to industry professionals, including business visitors, visionary entrepreneurs, and industry leaders. Admission is strictly not permitted for individuals under the age of 18. While online pre-registration offers free admission, onsite registration will incur an entry fee of Rp150,000 for four days. A business attire dress code will be enforced.

The event will host a variety of concurrent programs, including conferences, workshops, and live product demonstrations. Specific competitions for 2026 will include the Innovation Spotlight format, the Salon Culinaire competition, and the World Fashion Drinks Competition. Structured networking programs and targeted business matchings are also planned. Past editions featured significant events such as F&B competitions and feature events in 2024, the Indonesia Barista Championship by the Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI) in 2024, and the HOTELICIOUS Thematic Bed Making Competition by Business Hotel Management – Binus Bekasi (BHM BINUS) in 2024. The Elderly & Diffable Pastry Competition by Indonesia Pastry Association (IPA) also took place in 2024. In 2025, the event hosted culinary and hospitality competitions, professional chef showdowns, and challenges in Pastry, gelato, coffee, wine, and mixology.
