The Canadian Urological Association's Annual Meeting is designed to inform, challenge, and inspire clinicians and researchers across various career stages. The standard deadline for booth reservations, which incurred a price increase, was June 1, 2026. Advance shipment arrivals with GES also commenced on June 1, 2026. Proof of liability insurance was required by June 3, 2026. The deadline for discounted rates for booth equipment and for ordering AV, electricity, internet, and rigging with TCU Place was June 5, 2026. The deadline for regular prices for booth equipment was June 23, 2026. Direct to show site shipping is scheduled for June 26, 2026, between 12:00 and 17:00 only.
Attendee registration includes access to all sessions and the exhibit hall from June 27-29, 2026. This also covers the Networking Reception on Friday, daily light breakfast, and lunches on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The CUA President's Reception and Banquet require separate ticket purchases. A 75% refund, less administrative charges, was available for cancellations requested in writing by June 5, 2026.
